This policy defines what constitutes acceptable and unacceptable use of the AisleCore platform. All users are expected to comply with this policy as a condition of access.

AisleCore provides a modular operating platform for CPG brands to manage trade spend, track distribution, reconcile deductions, and analyze retail performance. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") ensures the platform remains secure, reliable, and fair for all customers.
This policy applies to all users, including administrators, team members, and any third parties granted access to an AisleCore account. By using the platform, you agree to abide by this policy in addition to the Terms of Service.
AisleCore is designed for legitimate business purposes in the CPG industry. Permitted uses include:

Each AisleCore subscription tier includes defined limits for SKUs, retailer accounts, team members, and API usage. These limits are detailed on our pricing page and in your subscription agreement.
Fair use principles apply to all shared platform resources:
If your usage consistently exceeds plan limits, we will work with you to identify an appropriate plan upgrade rather than immediately restricting access.
AisleCore monitors platform usage to maintain security, performance, and compliance with this policy. Monitoring includes:
We do not read or analyze the content of your business data for enforcement purposes. Monitoring focuses on usage patterns, access controls, and system health.

All reports are treated confidentially. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
Violations of this policy may result in the following actions, applied at AisleCore's discretion based on the severity and nature of the violation:
Warning
A written notice describing the violation and required corrective action. The user or account holder will be given a reasonable period to remedy the issue.
Suspension
Temporary restriction of access to the platform or specific features. Suspension may be immediate for serious violations. Access will be restored once the issue is resolved.
Termination
Permanent removal of the account. Termination is reserved for severe or repeated violations, including any activity that compromises the security of the platform or other customers' data. Data export will be made available per the Terms of Service before permanent deletion.
AisleCore reserves the right to take immediate action without prior warning when a violation poses an immediate threat to platform security, other customers, or legal compliance.
